Welcome Quiltmaker’s 100 Blocks Blog Tourists! We are so excited to have our blocks appear in Quiltmaker’s 100 Blocks Volume 7.

Now that you’ve seen our blocks how about a few setting ideas.

Here’s an adorable table topper using the “Flowers for Kaylee” block with a checkerboard border.

And a sweet little runner using the “Beanstalk” block.

How about putting the two blocks together for a wall hanging or throw.

The possiblities are endless.   So how will you set yours?  Send us a picture if you use our blocks in a quilt.  We’d love to see it!

    My favorite Gingham Girls block is Spoolin’ Around. I don’t remember where I saw it, I fell in love with it. Soon after that I was telling my best quilting friend about it. She said she didn’t think there were any new blocks. There are just so many ways you can put the basic units together. I think I need to give her a copy of the magazine for a birthday present and see if she remembers her statement. lol
    I love both blocks and they marry so well. I’m considering making table runnrs from each for the small quilt auction for the quilt guild.
